Your Role:
As a Fullstack Developer at Klimb.io, you’ll play a vital role in building and improving features for recruiting applications. You’ll work on both backend and frontend tasks, focusing on creating efficient, scalable, and high-performing systems. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing New Features: Drive innovation by creating new features that enhance the product's functionality and user experience.
Building Smart Solutions: Design algorithms and automation tools that make recruiting faster and easier.
Strengthening the Backend: Optimize backend engines to improve search, analytics, reporting, and caching capabilities.
Improving Performance: Enhance overall application performance to ensure a smooth user experience.
Writing Quality Code: Craft clean, reusable, and maintainable code that ensures long-term efficiency.
Collaborating with the Team: Work closely with the Product Manager and tech team to bring ideas to life.
Handling Customer Issues: Act quickly to resolve any customer service concerns and help keep the application running smoothly.
Managing Deployments: Get hands-on experience with AWS for managing deployments, ensuring the app is always up and running.

Skilled in Node.js and React.js: These core skills will help you build both the backend and frontend of the application.
Familiarity with Modern Stack Technologies: It’s a bonus if you know tools like MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Redis, and AWS—these technologies help power efficient and scalable applications.
Problem-Solving Skills in Data Structures and Algorithms: Actively working on data structures and algorithms (DSA) in C or C++ will enhance your problem-solving abilities, which are essential for tackling challenges in development.
