Process Executive - Voice (P&C)

Job Summary

Cognizant is seeking a motivated Process Executive - Voice for our Property and Casualty (P&C) team. This role involves supporting clients by addressing their inquiries, managing policies, and handling claims, particularly within Workers Compensation. If you have a customer-focused attitude and knowledge of Cisco Webex Calling, we’d love to have you join our dynamic and supportive team!


Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Service Excellence: Offer top-notch customer service by resolving client inquiries efficiently and accurately.
  2. Communication Management: Use Cisco Webex Calling to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  3. Workers Compensation Policy Management: Manage Policy Administration tasks, including issuing new policies and processing client requests.
  4. New Business Operations: Handle onboarding and issuing policies for new clients in Workers Compensation.
  5. Claims Handling: Oversee claims processing to ensure all steps are completed on time and follow legal guidelines.
  6. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  7. Record Keeping: Maintain clear and organized records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  8. Client Follow-ups: Regularly check in with clients to ensure their needs are met and questions are resolved.
  9. Process Improvement: Take part in developing ways to improve customer service delivery and workflow.
  10. Training Participation: Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
  11. Feedback to Management: Share insights on customer service trends and suggest improvements.
  12. Compliance and Team Support: Ensure all tasks comply with company policies and regulations and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.

Required Qualifications

  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to handle client inquiries smoothly.
  • Experience with Cisco Webex Calling: Familiarity with this tool to manage client communication.
  • Workers Compensation Knowledge: Understanding of Workers Compensation policy administration and claims processes.
  • Language Skills: Strong proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
