Functional Architect
Qualification: Bachelor's in Engineering, Master's in Business Administration, Chartered Accountant, or Bachelor's/Master's in Commerce
Job Summary
We are looking for a Functional Architect with expertise in Yard and Resource Management, Value Added Services, SAP EWM Integration, and Goods Issue and Receipt. This role involves planning, supporting, and guiding projects in different areas like technology, people, and data solutions. You will play a key role in shaping solutions that meet our clients’ needs and improving how our business operates.
Responsibilities
As a Functional Architect, your responsibilities include:
Business Planning: Share your knowledge about trends and best practices to guide project plans. Offer insights on how people, processes, technology, and data can work together for business solutions.
Solution Conceptualization: Spot challenges and opportunities for improvement in specific industries. Help design new solutions, improve productivity, and guide others on ways to boost business outcomes.
Project Support and Delivery: Take part in defining and designing solutions by creating business blueprints and identifying areas for improvement. Support ongoing projects by helping with configuration and test plans, as well as overseeing performance standards.
Client Satisfaction: Make sure clients are happy by measuring and delivering value throughout all stages of the project. Help clients handle changes within their organizations and ensure high-quality deliverables, including analysis of return on investment (ROI).
Sales Support: Participate in planning with clients to identify potential opportunities. Support the team by contributing to proposals, crafting solutions that showcase value, and working with experts across domains to deliver complete end-to-end solutions.
Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients and manage expectations by providing value and identifying key project sponsors. Work with clients to manage risks and ensure satisfaction.
Market Research and Brand Building: Understand trends in the client’s business area, research industry-specific solutions, and identify the competitive landscape. Contribute to creating helpful content, such as white papers, articles, and presentations, to increase brand awareness.
Knowledge Management: Contribute useful tools, templates, and case studies to our knowledge base. Ensure engagement information is stored and shared properly.
People Management: Actively help with hiring and training team members. Mentor junior talent, set goals, give feedback, and recognize achievements. Organize team events and identify any skill gaps for training.
