Key Responsibilities

- Enhance Communication: Work with clients and internal teams to improve business practices, optimize costs, and increase productivity.
- Implement Solutions: Identify problems that impact business operations, propose solutions, and work with teams to implement these changes.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with various departments to gather different perspectives, analyze risks, and ensure everyone is aligned toward common goals.
- Drive Change: Act as a change agent by collaborating with quality, transition, training, and onsite teams to enhance quality and efficiency.
Customer Relationship Management
- Improve Customer Satisfaction: Work to enhance the customer experience by ensuring high-quality delivery of services and identifying value-added projects for clients.
Process Improvements and Adherence
- Address Audit Observations: Ensure that any feedback from audits is addressed promptly.
- Analyze and Recommend Improvements: Look at current processes, identify areas for improvement, and suggest ways to make them better.
- Encourage Innovation: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team by driving new ideas and automating processes to reduce manual work.
Project Control, Management, and Review
- Oversee Project Deliverables: Make sure the project team meets its goals and delivers on time.
- Develop Performance Measures: Create systems to track process performance and ensure continuous improvement.
- Proactive Risk Management: Encourage the team to identify potential risks early to avoid issues down the line.
Team Leadership
- Mentorship and Guidance: Provide support and guidance to your team members, helping them align with business needs and personal goals.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance appraisals and identify training needs for team members.
- Motivation and Retention: Keep team morale high and manage attrition through effective engagement and communication.
Must-Have Skills

- Online/Digital Marketing: Familiarity with online marketing strategies to enhance business reach.
